Golden Retriever Contract 

Terms and Conditions

​

• All puppies are placed in the order of wait list. A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 will be collected to get on wait list.

• Golden Aspen Acres reserves the right to not sell a puppy to any client.

• Golden Aspen Acres can only estimate your puppy's adult size based on parents' size.

Health Contract

Buyer agrees:

• To continue all proper veterinarian care, including balance of puppy vaccinations and annual vaccinations including rabies vaccinations,  to continue treatment for parasites, and  to maintain a proper diet

• Buyer agrees to have puppy spayed or neutered after puppy is 8 months and before 12 months of age.

• Puppy will be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 days of adoption (make an appointment before getting your puppy)

• Puppy is never to be chained or tied

• Puppy is not being purchased for resale

Breeder agrees:​

• That the buyer is purchasing a dog bred from a purebred AKC Golden retriever

• Golden Aspen Acres guarantees that the puppy has been seen by a licensed veterinarian and has received age appropriate vaccinations, and worming products.

• Golden Aspen Acres agrees to provide buyer with all medical records for puppy at time of sale

• Golden Aspen Acres is not responsible if puppy contracts communicable diseases after leaving the breeder.

• Golden Aspen Acres is never at anytime responsible for veterinarian bills.

• Golden Aspen Acres guarantees puppy against congenital defects causing death until the age of one.

• If puppy is found to have a congenial defect resulting in death, owner must provide a statement from a licensed veterinarian.  Puppy will be replaced with a puppy from the first available litter (if one is available)
